• You are responsible for securing your network and equipment against unauthorized use.

4. Installation and Equipment

• Installation will be scheduled based on availability and feasibility.
• Any equipment provided by us remains our property unless explicitly purchased.
• You must not tamper with or damage the equipment; any such action may result in additional charges.

5. Billing and Payments

• Customers are required to pay service charges in advance, as per the chosen plan.
• Payments can be made through approved modes as listed on our website.
• Failure to pay on time may result in suspension or disconnection of services.

6. Service Downtime and Maintenance

While we strive for uninterrupted service, we may occasionally perform maintenance or face unavoidable downtimes. We are not liable for any loss or inconvenience caused due to service interruptions.

7. Fair Usage Policy (FUP)

Some plans may be subject to fair usage limits as mentioned in the plan details. Upon exceeding such limits, speeds may be reduced as per our FUP policy.

8. Privacy

9. CCTV Services

• We offer CCTV installation and support services on a contract basis.
• The responsibility for maintaining a proper electrical and internet supply lies with the customer.

10. Termination

• Either party may terminate the service with prior written notice as per the agreed terms.
• On termination, all outstanding dues must be cleared and company-owned equipment must be returned.

11. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with our services. Maximum liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer in the last 30 days.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Rawatbhata, India.
